MP CM Mohan Yadav to Launch Slew of Projects in Indore, Ujjain Today

Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Mohan Yadav will visit Indore and Ujjain today to inaugurate and lay foundation stones for key development projects worth crores of rupees.

The Chief Minister has a packed schedule today, December 29. He will visit Indore and Ujjain, where he is set to participate in multiple programmes aimed at accelerating development work in both cities.

During the tour, the Chief Minister will inaugurate and lay foundation stones for projects worth several crore rupees.

Officials said the visit reflects the government’s focus on infrastructure expansion and public welfare ahead of the new year.

Detailed Schedule of the Chief Minister’s Tour

According to the official itinerary, CM Mohan Yadav will begin his journey from Bhopal around noon.

Between 12:00 pm and 12:50 pm, the Chief Minister will reach Chitoda village near Indore. Here, he will attend local programmes and review the progress of ongoing development works. He is also expected to interact with officials and representatives to assess ground-level implementation.

Visit to Ujjain for Project Inaugurations

After completing his engagements in Indore, CM Mohan Yadav will depart for Ujjain between 1:55 pm and 2:25 pm. In the holy city, he will lay foundation stones and inaugurate several key development projects.

These initiatives are expected to strengthen civic infrastructure and improve public facilities in the region. The administration has made elaborate arrangements for the visit, given the importance of the projects involved.

Return to Bhopal in the Evening

Later in the day, between 4:55 pm and 5:40 pm, the Chief Minister will return from Ujjain to Bhopal. He is scheduled to reach the Chief Minister’s residence around 5:55 pm, marking the conclusion of his official engagements for the day.

Focus on Roads, Water Supply, Health and Education

Sources said the projects being launched during this visit cover critical sectors. These include new road construction plans, drinking water supply schemes, and improvement initiatives in the healthcare and education sectors.

The government aims to enhance connectivity, ensure clean water availability, and strengthen public services through these projects. Officials believe these steps will directly benefit residents and contribute to long-term regional development.

Development Push Continues Across Madhya Pradesh

The Indore–Ujjain tour is part of the state government’s broader strategy to maintain momentum in development activities. CM Mohan Yadav has repeatedly emphasised timely execution of projects and close monitoring at the ground level.

By personally reviewing work and interacting with officials during such visits, the Chief Minister aims to ensure transparency and faster delivery of public infrastructure.
